This policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit this page. This is a courtesy translation. Only the German version is legally binding.

Leon-Bernard Meerfeld, Niederstr. 88, 54293 Trier-Ehrang, Germany
Email: contact@life-art.academy, phone: +49 172 9219352
2. Hosting
This page runs on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, in a data centre in Germany. A data processing agreement is in place with Hetzner. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Visiting the page
When you open the page, the web server processes the data it needs to deliver it to you: your IP address, date and time, the address requested and your browser's identifier. The web server keeps no access logs. Server error messages may contain IP addresses and are deleted after 14 days at the latest. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Contact by email
If you write to contact@life-art.academy, I process your details to answer your enquiry. The emails are stored in Hetzner's mail system (servers in Germany). Enquiries about Life Art's services are passed on to Life Art so they can answer them.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. I delete the data once it is no longer needed for the enquiry and no statutory retention periods apply.
5. No cookies, no tracking
This page sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and loads no content from third-party servers. Fonts and images are served from the same server.
6. Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. An informal message to the contact details above is enough.
7. Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
You can object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing of your data based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. I will then stop processing the data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, or the processing serves to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
8. Right to complain
You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is: Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Rheinland-Pfalz, Hintere Bleiche 34, 55116 Mainz, Germany, www.datenschutz.rlp.de.
